I was in Michael’s room, 218, with 4 other people during ESP Weekend. We were playing Irish music, trying to get Michael to show up when the upper right-hand drawer in the dresser opened all by itself.
Norman Baker fascinates me.
An entertaining balance of history and ghost stories.
Since 2021
Many experiences. The 4th floor seems to be most active to me. Shadow figure, orb, being touched, growled at twice, seeing a doppelganger, hearing voices, smelling rubbing alcohol very strongly then 2 minutes there is no smell, the tablet I use during my tour moving by itself on a table in the ghost parlor with another guide witnessing it too.
The morgue never fails to deliver, but the 4th floor stands out to me due to the number of experiences.
True stories, I don’t embellish. I go into great detail on the hotel, the ghost stories, previous guest experiences and my own experiences.

Since 2020
I saw a little girl playing in a luggage cart on the third floor while giving a ghost tour. It was weird that I couldn’t make eye contact with her, but I blew it off. Then, I realized none of my other guests had seen her. It made me feel like this little ghost wanted to hear my stories. I was honored.
Michael is my favorite Crescent ghost. He is so mischievous.
Our paranormal investigation provides a hands-on experience for anyone who wonders what is like to communicate with the spirit world.

In addition to our senior investigators, the Crescent Hotel is home to a full team of passionate ghost tour guides in Eureka Springs. Each has their own encounters with the unexplained—shadows in the halls, voices in the dark, or stories passed down through generations. Together, they keep the hotel’s haunted history alive and offer guests a deeper look into its mysteries.
