The client shall conduct the investigation in a professional and respectful manner. You may not intrude on any guests, hotel events or gatherings, ghost tours, or anything that might invade the space/peace of visitors or staff of our hotel. Any violation of this, or any complaints of noise, etc. will be dealt with by our hotel security. On your first violation, you will be asked to cease and/or return to your room. A second violation will result in the termination of this agreement, and you will be required to leave the hotel. The hotel shall provide the client with access to the areas of the hotel designated for the investigation. The client shall use reasonable care in accessing and using the designated areas and shall not damage any hotel property.
